  • Delivery

    We are working hard to expand our delivery area and currently operate in 28 countries:

    - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden;

    - Free delivery is available for orders over €49, this promotion applies automatically at the time of order placement (please refer to the Sale section for all promotional details);

    - Average delivery time: 2-4 business days from the date of payment.

  • Refunds

    - Upon receiving the item, the buyer is responsible for returning it to us at their own expense:

    1. Log in to your account on our website using the email address you provided when placing your order
    2. Select the items you want to return by clicking the "Request return" button and wait for a decision on your request
    3. Once your request is confirmed, you will receive the address to which the items need to be sent.

    - Once the product has been shipped, kindly provide us with the tracking number for the return. We will process a full refund as soon as the item is received at our warehouse.

    - Please note: Base layer clothing items like tops, bodysuits, and underwear are non-returnable. Under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, returns are not accepted for these products due to hygiene and health protection regulations.
