- Free delivery is available for orders over €49, this promotion applies automatically at the time of order placement (please refer to the Sale section for all promotional details);

- Average delivery time: 2-4 business days from the date of payment.

- We process refunds automatically if requested within 14 days of the order's payment date, no questions asked. If you provide a justification, we can process refunds within 30 days of the payment date;

- To request a refund, please send an e-mail to info@raving-rnino.com or submit a request through your personal account on our website;
